How it works:
Prenatal Visit
Your postpartum care includes a complimentary prenatal visit between 32–36 weeks of pregnancy.
During this visit, we’ll talk through how to set up your home for a smooth transition into the postpartum period — covering topics like:
Safe and cozy sleep spaces for baby and caregivers
Postpartum care for the birthing parent
Meal preferences for simple, nourishing dishes I can prepare*
Support for pets and/or siblings as they adjust to life with a new baby
Basic newborn care and resource sharing for additional community support
*Ingredients or groceries for meal preparation are to be provided by you or reimbursed.
In-person Support
To provide you and your family with the best possible support, a minimum of 12 hours of in-person care (with at least 3 hours per visit) is recommended during the first six weeks after birth.
Investment:
$800 for 24 hours of support
Hourly rate: $35/hour (minimum 3 hours per visit)
Twins or multiples: $45/hour
How can I help
In the weeks after your baby arrives, my role is to care for you as you care for your little one — offering calm, practical, and nurturing support as you settle into life as a new family.
Postpartum visits are designed to bring ease, rest, and reassurance to your days. Together, we’ll find a rhythm that feels right for you and your household.
My support may include:
Light housekeeping to help keep your space peaceful and manageable
Meal and snack preparation so you can stay nourished and rested
Help with pets and gentle guidance for siblings as they adjust to their new family role
Childminding while a parent or caregiver is home, giving you moments to rest or recharge
Breast/chestfeeding support and guidance with feeding routines
Newborn care — from soothing to diapering to helping you gain confidence in daily care
Emotional support — a listening ear and steady presence as you navigate early parenthood
My goal is to ensure you feel cared for, understood, and supported — so you can focus on bonding with your baby and finding joy in these early days.
Booking & Payment
To reserve your spot in my calendar, a 50% deposit is required by the moment of signing in contract, the remaining balance will be due by 24h prior first scheduled visit.
If you decide you’d like additional hours beyond your initial package, they’ll be billed at my standard hourly rate and invoiced bi-weekly for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy
Because I reserve your postpartum window exclusively for you and limit the number of families I serve, all fees are finaland deposits are non-refundable.
Should I be unable to provide support due to illness, injury, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, I will offer backup postpartum support or work with you to reschedule your visits whenever possible.
Refunds are only issued in the rare case that I am unable to fulfill services due to my own error or negligence.
Financial Flexibility
I believe everyone who wants a doula deserves the support of one.
